In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bdt78 website accessible at bdt78.io and all associated services, mobile interfaces, games, and tools provided thereunder.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with bdt78.
• "Balance" means the total of all real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion, as distinguished from real-money deposits.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by a Player on a casino game, sports event, or any other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required of Players before withdrawals are approved.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all scheduling, cut-off times, and promotional deadlines on the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein or published separately on the Platform (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules).

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. If at any time you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

bdt78 reserves the right to decline service to any individual at its absolute discretion, including during the registration process or at any point during an active Account relationship, without being required to state the reason for refusal.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions must be met in order to use the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited at the time of accessing or using the Platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of bdt78 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion on the Platform or any self-exclusion registry to which bdt78 is a party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have had a previous bdt78 Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

bdt78 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the time period stipulated in the request may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held in the Account at that time.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited regardless of the device, email address, payment method, or IP address used. bdt78 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify multi-accounting, and any Accounts found to belong to the same individual will be suspended pending investigation.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. bdt78 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify bdt78 support immediately at [email protected].

bdt78 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any Account at any time and for any reason, including suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

bdt78 is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, bdt78 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is processed, and at any other time deemed necessary by the bdt78 compliance team.

KYC verification typically requires the submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent (within 90 days) utility bill, bank statement, or other official document displaying your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation showing that the payment method (e.g., bKash or Nagad account) used for deposits belongs to you.

Documents must be legible, unaltered, and submitted in the formats accepted by bdt78 support. bdt78 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is deemed insufficient. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete. bdt78 will not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to provide complete and satisfactory KYC documentation in a timely manner.

All deposits on bdt78 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bdt78 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other methods listed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time under normal operating conditions. In cases of technical delay, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support. bdt78 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the payment method used must belong to and be registered in the same name as the bdt78 Account holder.

bdt78 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. It is your responsibility to review your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit. bdt78 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

bdt78 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with bdt78's anti-money-laundering procedures. bdt78 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same Account.

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified Accounts during standard operating hours (08:00–00:00 BST) are typically processed on the same day. bdt78 targets processing within 2–6 hours for verified Accounts during peak hours, though processing times may vary. bdt78 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking holidays, or technical issues outside its control.

Before any withdrawal is approved, bdt78 may require the Player to complete KYC verification (see Section 5), meet applicable bonus wagering requirements (see Section 8), and confirm that the Account Balance being withdrawn represents genuine winnings derived from eligible Wagers placed with deposited funds.

bdt78 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern, and to place such requests on hold pending the outcome of those checks. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to a hold.

bdt78 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the point of offer and incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms prevail in respect of that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds may only be used on specified game categories. Certain high-RTP games and progressive jackpot slots may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Duplicate Accounts created to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will be closed and the bonus funds forfeited.
• bdt78 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have begun the wagering process in good faith.
• Any Player found to be abusing promotions — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or coordinated play designed to exploit promotional terms — may have their bonus voided and their Account suspended.

All Wagers placed on bdt78 are subject to the specific rules of the game or sporting event in question, which are accessible within the Platform. By placing a Wager, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules.

Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. bdt78 reserves the right to void any Wager in the following circumstances:

• The Wager was placed after the event or game round had already commenced (late bets).
• The odds or game outcome displayed were the result of a technical error, human error, or manifest pricing mistake.
• The event or game round is abandoned, postponed, or rendered void under the applicable sporting rules.
• There is evidence that the Wager was placed in connection with match-fixing, cheating, or any other form of sporting fraud.
• The account placing the Wager was found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions at the time the Wager was placed.

bdt78 sets maximum Wager limits and maximum payout limits per event, per game, and per day. These limits are displayed within the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice. bdt78 also reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits where it deems this appropriate.

The settlement of all sports bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing body for BPL matches). In the event that an official result is not available or is under dispute, bdt78 may delay settlement until a ruling is made.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdt78 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or knowingly benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, including chip-dumping in poker or table games.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking software, AI decision tools, or any other automated system to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or technical malfunction to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity. bdt78 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating financial crime.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to bdt78 while retaining winnings or bonus funds derived from that deposit.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory language at bdt78 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: download or copy Account information for the benefit of any third party; scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the Platform; use any meta tags or hidden text incorporating the bdt78 name or trademarks; frame or mirror any portion of the Platform without express written authorisation; or reverse-engineer any software used to operate the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of bdt78 intellectual property terminates this licence immediately and may give rise to a claim for damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt78 excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Platform and its use, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

bdt78 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account, transmissions, or data;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Platform content or game results;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Losses arising from sporting or game outcomes, including results disputed by Players.

In any event, bdt78's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdt78 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

bdt78 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit. Access to Player personal data is restricted to authorised bdt78 personnel and is not sold, rented, or shared with unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, where necessary to process a financial transaction, or where you have given explicit consent.

bdt78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, unless the change is required by law or regulatory directive and must take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions each time you access the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bdt78 operates. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. bdt78 does not waive any legal rights by participating in mediation.
